RentScope observes public rental listings, normalizes them into a clean rental record per unit, and measures each asking rent against genuinely comparable listings in the same building, ward or district. The goal is simple: make it possible to answer “is this asking rent fair?” with evidence instead of guesswork — for tenants, relocation teams and anyone moving to Ho Chi Minh City.
RentScope is an independent analytical tool. It is not a broker and does not handle deposits, viewings or contracts. It shows data and sources, and links you back to the original listing.
