Where does the data come from?
Listings are collected from public Vietnamese rental portals. When the same property appears more than once, RentScope merges the postings into one listing and links back to the source.
How does the price check work?
The price check compares an asking rent with comparable observed listings in the same area. If the rent is far below the comparable range it shows a caution that the listing should be verified — a signal, not proof of fraud.
Is RentScope free?
Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial that covers the whole product — market data, listing browsing with filters and sorting, and the price check. The trial does not convert automatically. After the trial, RentScope Pro costs US$29/month or US$290/year and renews automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period. Once a billing period begins, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
